RETURN POLICY

All sales are final, items cannot be exchanged or returned. 

Glitzy Glam will replace for the exact product if this got damaged during shipping. To be eligible for a return, the item MUST be UNUSED and MUST be notify within 24 hours of the package been delivered. Item in the same condition that you received and with its original packaging. 

If any products received are damaged, or have an incorrect item, please email us to glitzyglamstore@yahoo.com and attached photo of the products next to the shipping envelope, within 3 DAYS after delivery date. 

Important!: If the claim exceeds this time it will not be accepted. 

  • Receipt or proof of purchase is Required.
  • You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your damage item.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping the package back to Glitzy Glam Office.
  • Glitzy Glam will not refund shipping fee. 
  • Glitzy Glam will re-ship the replacement if approved, at no extra cost.

 

RETURNS 

Once we received your return, we will inspected. An email will be sent to you, to notify you the approval or refection of your return.

EXCHANGE

Glitzy Glam only replace items if damage or defective. We are unable to offer any return or exchange for any other reason.
